Year 5/6 had a fantastic afternoon hosted by Chipping Historical Society. They learnt all about the history of both Brabin’s and St Mary’s Schools including: lesson, travel to school, games as well as trying traditional cordial, peppermints and fudge. They finished their afternoon with a visit from ‘Lady’ the pony to see how children at the time would travel.

The Reception Class have enjoyed a wonderful day at Blackpool Zoo.
The Children have been learning about ‘amazing animals’ at school and the topic has been brought to life today!

Year 1/2 enjoyed a visit from a specialist Music teacher – Mr Brown
They enjoyed watching him perform on the guitar and having a go with instruments themselves. Mr Brown will be back aster Easter for a Samba drumming session with the whole school.
